With 20 years’ experience in building B2B companies via a deep knowledge in marketing communications, from start-ups to middle market firms, Phil has built a strong reputation as a valued partner for senior executives across multiple industries. He offers the combination of corporate, investor relations knowledge, and strategic counsel that many companies need today in order to seize opportunities and compete aggressively in a fast-moving business environment. As an entrepreneur himself, having built and sold two previous firms in New York, Phil is particularly skilled at navigating corporate relationships between founders, partners, board members, investors and other key stakeholders. Outside of his daily duties, Phil currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Bridgeport Youth Orchestras. He is an active member of the Union League. Previously, he was a board member of PASE and an advisory board member of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation for which his firm rebranded the nonprofit organization.
Phil is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College where he is a member of the College President’s Leadership Council. He completed a post-graduate internship at Columbia University with a concentration in Sports Information.

Kelly brings to Nourie Group a deep expertise in sports, media and entertainment, having spent over 20 years building brands and revitalizing businesses for improved revenues and growth at the world's largest sports entertainment company, ESPN, and theme park giant, Six Flags. Before embarking on entrepreneurial endeavors, Kelly spent over 10 years at ESPN and ABC Sports, starting as an intern at Good Morning America and rising to the ranks of Vice President, Programming and Acquisitions at ESPN. Her focus included contract negotiations, rights exploitation, marketing and relationship management. As a member of ESPN's Programming and Production Senior Management team, she helped guide over 400 full time employees and maximize revenue-generating opportunities across the integrated platforms of The Walt Disney Company. Kelly partnered closely with the professional sports leagues such as the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, NHL, PGA TOUR, USGA, LPGA, PGA of America, and America’s Cup to execute contractual agreements and ultimately extend and build the ESPN brand.

As the client relationship manager at Nourie Group, Melissa combines her marketing and sales experience with her people skills to help maintain client satisfaction by acting as a client concierge. She helps to keep lines of communication open by assisting and following up with clients’ various needs and requests. Melissa has had her Real Estate license in Connecticut for over 10 years and brings her personal customer care and savvy for making connections to the Nourie Group team.

Meir Calderon brings to Nourie Group a unique combination of business leadership experience. His specialty is in organizational management, brand strategy, integrated communications planning, and market research. Previously, Meir held senior management positions with several global agency networks including WPP, EURO RCSG, TBWA Worldwide, and Cossette Communications. During this time, he worked across multiple marketing and communications disciplines for some of the world's most recognizable brands – Cannondale, GSK, Hilton/Embassy Suites, Intel, International Paper, Jaguar, JD Power & Associates, Kaplan PMBR, Mars, McGraw- Hill, Moët-Hennessy, New Balance, Pfizer, Schwinn, Siemens, Standard & Poor’s, Unilever, US Coast Guard and Volvo.
Meir earned his MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School.
Jeff brings decades of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, and web implementation to Nourie Group, helping clients move more confidently through the modern digital landscape. His mastery of design, the digital ecosystem, and creative dynamic web content, including podcasts and video, enable our business development strategies to flow naturally when presenting in person and on social media, and motivate audiences to take action. Jeff's also a multi-instrumental professional musician (see www.rockapella.com) and business owner, and his highly creative collaborations have been seen & heard by millions across the online, print, broadcasting, music, and video worlds, which now all increasingly intersect.

Fred started as a feature writer and editor of business magazines (ADWEEK, Food & Beverage Marketing, Inside Media), where his hallmark was insightful features on industry developments that news reporters missed. He moved on to business marketing in 1993, and has since helped more than 70 companies stake territory at the forefront of their industries through a combination of provocative articles, visionary presentations and meaningful news. Among other highlights, he defined the social marketing genre for The Huffington Post; made Reader’s Digest the architect of a new media measurement; established the Video Advertising Bureau as a beacon in the advertising business; and showcased executive search consultants as industry authorities for Korn/Ferry, Ward Howell, Spencer Stuart and Christian & Timbers. Other notable clients have included Rosetta-Razorfish, Publishing Group of America, Exec-U-Net, Elite SEM, Merryck & Co., American Business Media, Advertiser Perceptions and AES Corporation.
Fred is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The Loomis Chaffee School. He is a director and former co-chairman of the board of Getting Out & Staying Out (www.gosonyc.org), a New York City anti-recidivism organization.

Denis is a leading brand strategy expert with Van Deusen & Levitt, a branding firm that collaborates with Nourie Group. For over 20 years, he has been creating and launching brands from large enterprises to small start-ups, with a particular emphasis on technology, healthcare, financial and industrial companies. His clients have included Boston Scientific, CenterLight Health System, Dell, GE Aviation, IBM Global Services, Mayo Clinic, Merrill Lynch, Tata Consultancy Services, Rave Wireless, Symantec, Tivoli Systems (now part of IBM), and many others. Denis held leadership positions at Prophet, FutureBrand (as their CMO), Enterprise IG (now Brand Union), Brandlogic, and Siegel & Gale. Earlier in his career, he was a director at Gartner, Inc., where he served IT vendors such as IBM, AT&T, HP, Xerox and others. He a sought after thought leader from top-tier and trade media and also a contributor to Strategic Planning for High-Technology Businesses, rated one of the 10 best business books by Stanford University, and Harvard Business School’s The Landscape of Integrated Reporting (2010), an e-book compiled by Dr. Robert Eccles.

Industry veteran David Paro has been navigating brands like McDonald’s, NASCAR, and Pepsi for over 20 years. First hired out of college at ProServ, then onto Frankel, David then joined Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment in 2014 to expand its consulting business. While there, he built on a division represented by the likes of Pepsi, Sanofi, York and MetLife, which accounted for 15% percent of company revenue. Prior to Van Wagner, David ran his own firm for ten years. Previously, David spent several years at SFX/Clear Channel and then four years as director of U.S. sports alliances at McDonald’s.

Healthcare / Social Media Strategist
Chasey Allen specializes in marketing strategy, social media execution, and project management. She has worked in the sales & marketing departments at major corporations like Medsite and thus WebMD since they acquired Medsite. The acquisition has enabled WebMD to provide its pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers with an expanded set of online solutions to increase sales and marketing efficiencies, and complement their direct physician detailing efforts. In addition to corporate marketing, she has experience working with start-ups and foundations. Chasey began her career at Random House Publishing.
